- Programme registration: Name, email address, telephone number, and payment details when you register for a Jelita programme.
- Bespoke track: For the Open Verandah Track, we collect the household financial summary you provide before the first session. This is held under strict confidentiality.
- Website analytics: With your consent, we collect anonymised data on how our website is used, via cookies and similar technologies.
We retain personal data for as long as is necessary to manage your relationship with us, and for up to seven years thereafter for financial and legal record-keeping purposes. Bespoke track materials are retained for three years from the date of the final session, unless you request earlier deletion.

We use personal data for the following purposes:
- Responding to your enquiries and managing your registration for a programme
- Communicating with you about upcoming cohorts and programme logistics
- Sending post-programme follow-up information, where you have requested this
- Improving our website and understanding how participants find us

The legal basis for processing is consent (for analytics) and the performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps (for enquiries and programme administration).

We do not sell your personal data. We do not share your data with any financial institution, insurance company, or fund house. We do not share participant lists with any third party.
